Suji Biscuit Recipe

Ingredients :

A pinch

Maida

Sugar

Desiccated coconut

Suji

Soda bi-carbonate

Oil for frying

Water if necessary

Some Chota Ilachi

Method :
  • All ingredients are mixed well.

  • If necessary, some water is added to make a dough.

  • Some portions are cut from the dough and ladoos are made.

  • Then the ladoos are deep fried in the oil.

  • The biscuits are ready to serve.
