Chinese Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients :

Ground beef or chicken

Oyster sauce

Ketchup

Onions, chopped

Red chilies, chopped

Breadcrumbs

Eggs

Coriander, chopped

Salt and black pepper to taste

Oil for frying

Method :
  • Mix all the ingredients for the meatballs.

  • Make small round balls and leave in the refrigerator before frying.

  • Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs until cooked.

  • Serve with mild or hot salsa sauce.
