Dry Fried Beans with Spices Recipe

Ingredients :

500 g

1 tablespoon

1

1/2 teaspoon

1/2 teaspoon

1/2 teaspoon

1 teaspoon

Green beans

Ghee or oil

Onion, finely chopped

Ground turmeric

Chili powder

Garam masala

Salt or to taste

Method :
  • String beans and slice thickly.

  • Heat ghee in a saucepan and fry onion until golden.

  • Then add turmeric, chili and garam masala and stir for a few seconds.

  • Add beans and salt and cook, stirring, for about 5 minutes.

  • Cover and cook on low heat until beans are just tender.

  • Serve.
