Peppercorns with Green Beans Recipe

Ingredients :

2 tablespoons

1 cup

1 tablespoon

500g

4 cloves

2 teaspoons

1 small

 

2 tablespoons

Green peppercorns, drained

Cilantro, coarsely chopped

Olive oil

Chinese yardlong beans

Garlic, finely chopped

Brown sugar

Red chili pepper, seeded and

chopped finely

Water

Method :
  • Using the bottom of a glass or jar, crush the peppercorns into a coarse pulp in a small bowl.

  • Stir in the cilantro.

  • Heat the oil in a large work over medium-high heat.

  • Stir in the beans, garlic, brown sugar, chili pepper, peppercorns and cilantro.

  • Stir-fry for 45 seconds.

  • Pour in the water and cover to steam for about 2 minutes.

  • Serve immediately.
