Shredded Cabbage with Capsicum Recipe

Ingredients :

450 g



3 tablespoons

1 teaspoon

1 teaspoon

White cabbage

Green capsicum

Red capsicum



Sesame seed oil

Method :
  • Thinly shred the cabbage.

  • Core and seed the green and red capsicum and thinly shred them.

  • Heat the oil in a wok until hot.

  • Add the cabbage and the capsicum and stir-fry for 1 1/2 minutes.

  • Add the salt and stir a few more times.

  • Add the sesame seed oil to garnish and serve either hot or cold.
