Stir-Fried Broccoli Recipe

Ingredients :

3 stalks

250g (1/2 lb)

1/2 cup

1  tablespoon

1/2 cup

1 tablespoon

1/2 up

1 1/2 tablespoons

1 teaspoon

Broccoli, chopped

Mung Bean sprouts


Cooking oil

Sun flower seeds


Water to be mixed with cornstarch

Soy sauce

Sesame oil

Method :
  • Stir-fry the broccoli in oil for 1 minutes over medium-high heat.

  • Add 1/2 cup water and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

  • Add bean sprouts and sunflower seeds.

  • Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

  • Dissolve starch in 1/2 cup water.

  • Add to broccoli and sprout mixture along with soy sauce and sesame oil.

  • Stir, then cover for 1 minute.

  • Serve hot.

Note : Sunflower seeds could be replaced with slivered almonds.
