Tofu with Bok Choy Recipe

Ingredients :

1/2 kg  (1 lb)

1 small packet

1 teaspoon

Tofu

Large head bok choy

Button mushrooms

Carrot, julienned

Soy sauce

Peanut oil

Fresh ginger, grated

Sesame oil

Method :
  • Cut the tofu into large cubes and mix with the soy sauce.

  • Set aside.

  • Heat wok and add 2 tablespoons of peanut oil.

  • Add carrots and ginger, stir fry for 1 minute.

  • Add button mushroom, stir-fry for 30 seconds.

  • Add bok choy leaves and stir-fry for 2 minutes until wilted. Cover occasionally to produce some steam.

  • Finish by adding 1 teaspoon of sesame oil.

  • Season with additional soy sauce if necessary.

  • Serve while hot.
